I will be out of country on the planned delivery date. Can you hold my order?
We can hold your order at our warehouse for up to two weeks. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can schedule a later delivery date at your convenience. Alternatively you can designate any other person to accept the delivery on your behalf. Make sure to give us all necessary details to ensure a smooth process.

Can you wrap orders as a gift, and include a gift card?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order has its own shipping address. Simply fill in your preferred shipping address details when placing the order.
How are my orders delivered?
We have own drivers and are cooperating with trusted shipping companies, who will be pleased to deliver your order to your doorstep or any alternative delivery address in your country.
Why do you not deliver immediately after I place an order?
We are ordering from the supplier or brand owner directly. Therefore we do not store large quantities of items in our warehouse. You benefit from this by enjoying even higher discounts. Once we receive the items in our warehouse, we will do a quality check and then pack the items for prompt delivery.
How long does it take to for my order to get delivered?
Your order should be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 7 days with normal delivery section in subject to availability and confirmation call. To avoid any controllable delays, please make sure to put complete address details and contact numbers when placing your order so we can deliver without a hitch.
Orders from Beasy Express or pickup section ship faster, if you order from the Express section your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 days while orders from the pickup section will be delivered within one day in subject to availability.
Is my information on beasy shared with third parties?

If several orders have been placed on the same day and using the ‘Cash On Delivery’ payment method, orders can be combined for delivery. Condition being that the total amount is less than 20,000 PKR and that we have not yet stated processing the items.
